1. Take a warm bath or shower, you don’t have to answer your phone while you’re in the shower!

2. Watch a movie or show that’ll make you laugh or read a book.

3. Workout, its such a better idea then stress eating.

4. Make a todo list with everything that you need to do. It may seem like it’ll stress you out more at first but at least you’ll have it all in one place. Or write about what’s stressing you.

5. Listen to a relaxing podcast.

6. Take a walk.

7. Take a nap, a 10 minute nap will re energize you. Any longer will make you feel tired.

10.  Set small goals and break tasks into smaller manageable chunks
